SPC/LVT floor production equipment process and technology

LVT floor production process:

PVC raw materials → ingredients → additives → mixer mixing → extruder (plasticization) → mold → calender setting → online compounding → cooling rack → longitudinal cutting → traction → transverse shearing → platform stacking → finished products.

Equipment advantages:

1. Extruder configuration: adopt reducer, twin screw feeding, Siemens and Senlan motors, Guangyou special screw, screw core cooling system.

2. Temperature module: Delta PLC temperature control module, control temperature error: ± zero point five °, According to the mold shape design pattern, operators intuitive and easy to understand, one button heating stop, safe and reliable.

3. Host control: operate on a touch screen. Each speed can be set independently or synchronously.

4. Alarm system: host high current alarm, host high speed running shortage alarm, melt pressure alarm, material level control alarm, etc.

5. Anti blocking follow-up system:

(1) In the operation, if the main machine is fast, the tractor will also be fast with the extruder, and the products will not be blocked or pulled off due to the inconsistency between the speed of the extruder and the traction speed; Extrusion speed, slow traction, products stuck in the mold and extruder, products will break

(2) Optical fiber follow-up system: when the extrusion width of the product exceeds the set value, the traction will accelerate actively; When the product width is lower than the set value, the traction speed will slow down actively. Acceleration and deceleration values (amplitude) can be set.

(3) Automatic follow-up software is set in PLC, PLC and touch screen (computer). When the host current is large, the traction speed will be accelerated automatically, and the problem of speed will be solved automatically without personnel control. Just like auto cruise, the labor force of workers will be reduced, and it can be driverless

6. Manipulator stacking: PLC program controls the stacking of a and B stations, and the number of plates in each station can be set independently. When a station is full of plates, the program sends out sound and light signals to prompt the operator to move.
